Preparation for #1.4.0 (#30)

- Fixed CPU affinity on Windows for NUMA and CPUs with lot of cores
- Implemented per thread configurable Multihash mode (double, triple, quadruple, quintuple)
- Rebased from XMRig 2.4.4
