4bbc432506 Add log for MEMCARD_MANAGER (requires an almost complete rebuild :( sorry) 
Fix a crash when trying to delete a save from a memcard that the DEntry order does not match the starting block order
add the option to export saves as GCS and SAV
Buildfix for external MEMCARD_MANAGER

4868d570bc adds some info about the memcard header, taken from libogc 
wip real format function for GCMemcard class
somewhat useful memcard debug window
