NeoBrainX d411924eee Marginally improve FPS counting logic in the video plugins.
Should fix DX11 peaking at 59 FPS instead of 60 FPS.

FramebufferManager.h Extend the OGL virtual XFB to handle games that use multiple XFBs to make a frame. This should allow games that require the XFB to work without using a real XFB in RAM which is slow and limited to the original resolution. Globals.h Some work on cleaning up the FrameAui code. Primarily this fixes the debugger windows for the audio and video plugins. They are now all subclasses of a wxPanel, instead of a mix of wxFrames and wxDialogs.
